Crafting the Future: Hands-on Scenography. Sustainability and the Performing Arts
This pilot project consists of three practical workshops (design and creation of props, masks, and costumes) led by artists and technicians from France, Germany, and Romania. At the intersection of sustainability and the performing arts, the project emphasizes the importance and beauty of the technical crafts that support live performances. Participants will develop practical skills while working with eco-friendly materials. The project will culminate in a capsule exhibition during the Bucharest Scenography Biennale at the Foaier of Studio Hall, in the "I.L. Caragiale" National Theatre Bucharest.
