Crafting the Future Exhibition

The Crafting the Future – Hands on Scenography exhibition showcases creations developed during a seven-day workshop, using recycled materials and sustainable approaches. This project is organized by Goethe-Institut București, Institutul Francez, OISTAT Romania, and the Bucharest Scenography Biennale, with funding from the Franco-German Cultural Fund. Guided by experienced mentors Stefanie Romacker (Germany), Corina Grămoșteanu (Romania), Isabelle Szymaszek (France), and Adrian Damian (Romania), participants explored techniques in mask-making, costume, props, and set design, focusing on eco-friendly practices.

The performative exhibition, directed by Dan Vasile, will feature these innovative creations and offer a glimpse into the future of sustainable stage design.
