National Exhibition

The National Exhibition showcases Romania's most valuable scenographic creations, featuring sketches, models, costumes, and set elements. This year, visitors will have a unique opportunity to see the iconic rhinoceros and the immense stage curtain from the legendary production of "Faust", directed by Silviu Purcărete. Also on display are the giant hands from "Pădurea Spânzuraților", directed by Radu Afrim, and a costume exhibition by Oana Păunescu, showcasing costumes worn by famous actors in international film productions shot in Romania. Among the hundreds of works, visitors will also get an up-close look at part of the set from "Moromeții 3", set to be released in November.

The exhibition spans all aspects of scenography, including video art, lighting, and sound, providing insight into Romania's rich heritage of theatrical and film design.
